This charter has been prepared to regulate the institution's objectives, activities, management structure, membership requirements, rights and obligations, and the principles regarding its financial and administrative operations. The institution operates to strengthen member solidarity, conduct work towards common goals, and develop projects that will benefit society. Members have the right to participate in the institution's activities and vote, and are obligated to pay dues, comply with the charter, and protect the institution's reputation. The most authoritative body of the institution is the General Assembly; it elects the management and supervisory boards and makes the necessary decisions. The Management Board is responsible for the representation of the institution and the conduct of its activities, while the Supervisory Board is responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative operations. The institution's income consists of membership fees, donations, sponsorships, and other sources in accordance with the legislation.
