The SEA-CARE Project, supported by the Erasmus+ Programme, aims to address the need for structured support by developing and piloting a systematic, standardized training program to enhance the competencies of Maritime Crisis Responders (MCRs). This initiative will equip MCRs to deliver effective, consistent, high-quality, and timely support to seafarers in crisis. This survey is part of the groundwork for developing a four-module training program.
